I lost to an ectopic in july and was told 3 months for my body to get back to peak health from being pregnanct i also was told its the same for miscarrage you shouldnt try untill your pain ha healed of your first loss.

I'm so sorry to hear about your baby. My sister's been through the same thing.
Please just make sure you're ready. Only you can know that for sure. If you feel the need to ask us, then maybe you're not there yet. It hasn't been long. you need to look within yourself and perhaps talk about it if you think it will help.

if you've had a regular cycle since then, its perfectly ok.. my doc told me to wait one cycle, and i got pg right after that :)
I lost a baby in july and i was told to wait until after 1 full cycle for my body to be ready to try again but longer if i didn't feel emotionally ready. It had taken us a year and a half to get pregnant with the baby i lost and then only 2 weeks or less to fall pregnant after the miscarriage. Good luck to you but don't put any extra pressure on yourself until you are ready. x

You should wait at least 2 cycles to let your uterus heal.
I am so sorry for your loss. There is hope for you. At least you know that you are able to get pregnant. I would suggest waiting at least one full regular cycle. Don't be stressed because god is with you and it will happen for you again. Just make sure to take folic acid and prenatal vitamins....Good Luck!!

It is better for you to wait one full cycle before trying to get pregnant again. And after then, if you feel emotionally ready to begin trying again as well, then there is no harm in doing so.

My doctor told me to wait at least one cycle but I have a friend that got pregnant the very next cycle. I actually had a nurse tell me it will be ok just try again little did she know that I had two misscarriages and it took me 4 years to get pregnant both times! so I can relate. Good luck I'm sure that you will get pregnant again and have better luck with this pregnancy.

Hi, sorry to hear of your loss. I miscarried with my first child and started trying straight away within three months of the miscarriage i was pregnant again and 9 months later gave birth to a beautiful baby weighin 9lb 7 didnt do any of us any harm. Good luck x x
