So i'm pregnant...i know i'm supposed to devour fighting fit but when i try to put away nourishing i puke it up?

How can i keep the good stuff down?

Well the foremost thing is that you stay hydrated (drink plenty of sea and fluids) and take your prenatal vitamins. Your vitamins will pick up the slack for doesn`t matter what is lacking surrounded by your diet. So just devour whatever you can save down and don't worry so much roughly nutritious content for now. At this stage, it's more big that you eat and not what you're drinking.

If it gets really desperate and you're not keeping anything down, please do contact your doctor. He may prescribe something to keep the nausea underneath control.
