Depending on the test you take it is possible it didn't pick up the "Pregnancy Hormone". Usually you have to wait a week. If you are stressing that could also cause you to have a missed period.
I would just relax for a few days. When you become 7 days late I would take another pregnancy test. Either outcome see your gyno because they can tell you for sure!
