I am in the same boat..I have 4 children and have been trying to conceive since 2001..I have had 4 miscarriages since but the Dr. says there is nothing wrong with me (finding it hard to believe)...Its very frustrating and we are still trying..Have you been to the Dr. for testing? Maybe you want to consider doing that first just to make sure...the drs. usually test after 3 miscarriages.Good Luck to you!!

There may be a problem of you conceiving a third time,you may have to consider adoption,or talk to your doctor about ways of you two conceiving a child.
Sometimes, the want and desire to have an additional child causes stress that puts far too much pressure on you, the woman. Your body will tend to prevent you from conceiving because of all the stress you are putting on it.
I would recommend stopping the concentrated focus so much on conceiving and just enjoy the ride.
A visit to an infertility specialist also wouldn't hurt since you mentioned you'd miscarried 3 times; they might just want to run some general tests and possibly some chromosomal tests for you and your partner just to confirm it is/isn't a biological factor.
