Does anyone know about?
Answer:
I had some pain and I thought it was period cramps. It ended up being the implantation of the egg. It can also be your uterius growing.
ectopic pregnancy... i would go to the doc...check it out...those are very dangerous if you dont catch it soon enough...just go to the doc have them check it and if you dont have insurance go to the hospital tell them you are in pain
right side could be more than ovulation. take a test and see a doctor it could be your appendix
Sounds like classic ovulation symptoms - spotting combined with cramping/pain. And being that it's only on one side that could just mean that's where the egg was coming from. Was the spotting at the same time as the cramping? If the spotting came a week or two after the cramping then that could have been implantation bleeding if you were pregnant. Have you tested yet?
