Yep! This is what happened to me! I mistook my implantation bleeding for a shorter, lighter period and didn't know I was pregnant until I was 8w along. My only other clue was extreme and unexplained fatigue. I didn't have nausea, breast tenderness, or any of the other common symptoms.
Go ahead and take a pregnancy test. If you should've had a normal period by now, it will be accurate.
